A dough like no other

Lagkagehuset is Denmark’s most famous bakery, serving the Danes the tastiest of breads each and every morning for over 20 years. With ambitious plans to grow the business across the globe they not only needed a new name that people could pronounce but an updated customer experience that would work in London, New York and beyond.

To achieve this we helped explore the London opportunity by conducting research with local food influencers. We then defined the new brand strategy, created the brand name, identity and marque before rolling out the new look and feel across the entire customer experience – from packaging and interior design to digital.
